WAREHOUSING

TMC has close to 300,000 square feet of space, more than 50 truck doors, and access to 20 rail doors located just 18 miles from the Port Of Houston on Holmes road. Consequently, outside carriers do not need a TWIC card to pick up here. Our forklift fleet ranges from 6,000 to 10,000 lb machines and we can handle most products in that range.

Currently, TMC handles lumber, plywood, rolls of paper, palletized paper, supersacks of guar and limestone, as well as lots of other palletized products.

In addition to long term and short term warehousing, TMC can also directly transload freight from the container or railcar onto a waiting truck to expedite delivery to the customer.

CONTAINER DRAYAGE

In 1992 TMC founded Texas National Transport, Inc (TNT) to provide trucking services for TMC and its customers. TNT primarily drays containers from the Port Of Houston to the warehouse and other Houston area locations for its customers. TNT's dispatch operation is housed in the same offices as TMC, which allows for seamless communication between TMC's CSR's and TNT's dispatch.

All of TNT's owner-operators have the state-issued overweight permits, which allows our drivers to carry a gross weight of up to 84,000 lbs. This has become very beneficial as shippers try and get the most value they can out of each container they ship.

In addition, TNT has a fleet of trailers that are used to make deliveries from the warehouse to various customers in the area!
